IPG Ltd. is a Hot Isostatic Processing Facility specializing in Diffusion Bonding, Consolidation of Encapsulated Powdered Materials, and the removal of residual porosity in cast materials. We value our customers above all else and strive to uphold the highest standards possible. We are continually evolving with today’s fast paced world, constantly upgrading our systems and process to ensure that out customers are receiving the best service possible.

IPG Ltd. is a small locally owned and operated HIP facility committed to satisfying our customer’s needs. A subsidiary of Mid-Ohio Products opened in 2002; we quickly out grew our space in Hilliard, Ohio, as production demands increased. We moved to our current facility in Columbus, Ohio in 2004. IPG Ltd. currently operates two state-of-the-art TieRod PCS's ® designed by Isostatic Forging International. Our largest unit has a functional working area of 28"X54", while our smaller unit has a working area of 21"X38". Both of our units function using an inert gas medium, and are capable of pressures up to 15,000 psi (1,034 bar); while  able to maintain dwell temperatures of up to 1,742 F (950 C).
